Suspend/Cancel

Please fill out the form below to suspend or cancel your child’s art lessons account. If changing more than two children’s art lessons accounts, please fill out and submit the appropriate number of suspend/cancel forms for each child’s art lessons account. If you are suspending or canceling your child’s monthly art lessons, the suspend/cancel form must be filled out and submitted on or before the 20th of the month prior to the month(s) your child will not attending their art lessons. If the suspend/cancel form is submitted after the 20th of the month your child’s monthly art lessons tuition payment will process and changes will take effect the following month. (example: If you would like to suspend or cancel your child’s monthly art lessons tuition payment for October, the suspend/cancel form must be filled out and submitted on or before September 20th. If the suspend/cancel form is filled out and submitted after September 20th, your child’s monthly art lessons tuition payment will continue to be processed in October and billing will stop in November, unless stated to return in November in which case it will continue as normal). Any payment(s) processed for a month your child is not attending art lessons due to the suspend/cancel form not being submitted by the 20th of the month prior, will not be credited or refunded in anyway. When suspending or canceling your child’s monthly art lessons tuition payment(s) your child’s seat is not reserved during their absence. Suspending or canceling your child’s monthly art lessons tuition must be completed through this form only and can not be done over the phone, in the office or through email. SUSPEND/CANCEL OVERVIEW

– Suspension due on or before 20th of the month
– Cancelation due on or before 20th of the month
– Suspension and cancelation has to be completed online
– Billing starts back on returning month for suspension
– Suspensions and cancelations after 20th are billed following month
– Enrollment fee required upon return for suspensions longer than two months
