Please use the suspension form below if you need to suspend your child’s art lessons account.

*Suspension of an art lessons account must be submitted on or before the 20th of the month prior to the month you want it to take effect on your child’s art lessons account.

If suspending more than two children’s art lessons accounts, please fill out and submit the appropriate number of suspension forms for each child’s art lessons account. If suspension form is submitted after the 20th of the month any payment(s) processed for the following month will not be credited or refunded in anyway.

Suspension of your child’s art lessons account must be completed through the online suspension form only and can not be completed over the phone, in the office or through email. When suspending your child’s art lessons account their seat is not reserved.
